Thank you for shopping with Aether Lights! Here's everything you need to know 
about how we ship your order.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES
We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners.

- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
- Canada & Australia: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, 
holidays, or carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS
- Free shipping on all orders (no minimum required)

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 
You can use this to track your package at any time.
Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after your order is shipped.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on 
your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not 
included in the product price or shipping cost.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
1. Check with neighbors or building reception
2. Contact your local post office
3. Email us at support@aetherlights.store — we'll do our best to help resolve it.
